This website is operated by Maison Aire. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Maison Aire. Maison Aire offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

1. These Terms
1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which Maison Aire shall supply goods (Goods) to you.
1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to Maison Aire. These terms tell you how the Goods will be provided to you, how you may end the contract and other important information.
2. Contact Information
2.1 The Merchant. The legal contract for the supply of the Goods is entered into between you and Maison Aire. Maison Aire is responsible for supplying the Goods to you.

2.3 How we may contact you. If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided in your order.
3. Our Contract With You
3.1 How your order will be accepted. Acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept and confirm it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Maison Aire for the supply of the Goods ("Contract").
3.2 If we can't supply the Goods. If we are unable to supply you with the Goods, for example because the Goods are not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you of this by email. We will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
3.3 Your legal rights. We are under a legal duty to supply Goods that are in conformity with the Contract.
4. Products
4.1 Product variations. The images of the Goods on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your Goods may vary slightly from those images.
4.2 Packaging. The packaging of the Goods may vary from that shown in images on our website.
4.3 Fragrance products. Our car fragrances are crafted with high-quality ingredients. As with all fragrance products, individual perception of scents may vary. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchase.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery costs. The costs of delivery of the Goods will be as displayed on our website. Delivery charges may be higher if express delivery is selected.
5.2 Delivery timeline. We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
5.3 Delays outside our control. If the supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
5.4 Ownership. You own the Goods once we have received payment in full for them.
6. Your Rights to End the Contract
6.1 Ending the contract. Your right to end the Contract will depend on whether there is anything wrong with the Goods, how we are performing and when you decide to end the Contract.
You may end the Contract if:
- The Goods are not of satisfactory quality or mis-described
- We have informed you about an error in the price or description
- There is a risk of significant delay due to events outside our control
- You have a legal right to end the contract due to something we have done wrong
6.2 Refunds. If the Contract is ended under valid circumstances, we will refund you the price you paid for the Goods including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
7. Price and Payment
7.1 Pricing. The price of the Goods (which includes GST) will be the price indicated on the relevant order page of our website when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the Goods advised to you is correct.
7.2 Price errors. If the Goods' correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before your order is accepted.
7.3 Payment methods. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You must pay for the Goods before we dispatch them.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Foreseeable loss. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching this Contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
8.2 Business losses. We only supply the Goods for domestic and private use. If you use the Goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
9. Personal Information
We will use the personal information you provide to us to supply the Goods to you and process your payment. We will only share your personal information with third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your personal information.
10. User Comments and Feedback
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, you agree that we may use them without restriction. You agree that your comments will not violate any rights of third parties, and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.
11. Governing Law
These terms and the Contract are governed by Australian law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Goods in the Australian courts.
