Free Returns — No Questions Asked

Choosing a car fragrance should be one of life's great pleasures. If a scent you've received isn't quite right for you, simply ship it back to us within 30 days and we'll offer a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our return page or email us at hello@maisonaire.com.au. If your original order qualified for free shipping, your return shipping is also free. Otherwise, return shipping costs will vary depending on your location.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us for any return questions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@maisonaire.com.au.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
