What makes Maison Aire car fragrances unique?
Our diffusers clip directly onto your car's air vents, which means when the air flows through, it naturally carries the scent throughout your car. It's a much smarter and safer design than those hanging air fresheners that can swing around and block your view while driving. We've also put a lot of care into creating balanced, premium scents that smell luxurious without being overpowering.
How long do your car fragrances last?
You can expect around 4-8 weeks of fragrance from each diffuser, though this can vary depending on how often you use your car's air conditioning or heating. Since our diffusers work with the airflow from your vents, the more you run the air, the more scent gets released. On the flip side, if you're someone who prefers windows down, your fragrance will last even longer! Climate plays a role too—warmer conditions tend to release scent a bit faster.
Are your products safe to use in vehicles?
Absolutely, and safety is actually one of the biggest reasons we designed our diffusers to clip onto vents. Unlike hanging air fresheners that can swing into your line of sight or distract you while driving, our vent clips sit securely in place and stay out of your way. There's no risk of damage or staining to your car's interior, whether that's leather seats, plastic dashboards, or fabric surfaces. The clip mechanism is designed to be gentle on your vents too.

We're proudly Australian owned and operated, and all our products are designed right here in Australia. Supporting local craftsmanship is something we care about, and we think you can really tell the difference in the quality. From the premium fragrance oils to the sleek leather diffuser design, everything is made with care and attention to detail.
Are your car fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, and we're really proud of this! All our car fragrances are 100% vegan-friendly and we never test on animals. It's important to us that you can enjoy our products knowing they were made ethically. We also make sure our suppliers share these same values, so you can feel good about every part of what you're buying.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to addresses all across Australia and we're also able to deliver to New Zealand, the US and Canada Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on your location. Once you place an order, we typically have it packed and on its way within 1–2 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email with all your tracking details. You can use the link in that email to keep an eye on where your package is. If anything seems off or you have questions along the way, just drop us a line at hello@maisonaire.com.au and we'll help you out.
Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?
Of course! We get it, sometimes you find a code after you've already checked out! Don't worry, it happens. Just send us an email at hello@maisonaire.com.au with your order number and the discount code you'd like to use. We'll take care of it and apply the discount for you.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return any unused products that are still in their original packaging. If your original order qualified for free shipping, then your return shipping will be free too. If you paid for shipping on your order, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost, which will vary based on where you're located. Head over to our Refund Policy page for all the details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're really sorry if that happens. It's never the experience we want for you. Please get in touch with us at hello@maisonaire.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. If you can include a few photos of the damage, that helps us sort things out faster. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as we can.
How long will my refund take to process?
Once we've approved your refund, the money should show up in your account within 5-7 business days. The exact timing can depend on your bank or payment provider, but we'll send you an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed on our end, so you know it's on its way.
