Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
One-Time Purchases
Orders placed as a one-time purchase cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and packed. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@maisonaire.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist.
Subscription Orders (Purchase Options)
If you’ve signed up for a recurring refill subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment:

Cancellations, pauses, or changes must be made before your upcoming billing date

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
You will still receive any orders that were billed before the cancellation request.
How to Manage Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Maison Aire customer account or using the link in your subscription confirmation emails.
