What are the payment terms?

For new partners, we require payment upfront. After establishing a relationship and consistent order history, we can discuss Net 30 terms for qualifying accounts.

We offer territory exclusivity for Premium tier partners placing consistent large orders. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on your market and order volume.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available. International shipping can be arranged for qualifying orders.

What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
